Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across India in 3–7 business days. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad typically receive orders in 3–5 days. Remote locations may take up to 7 days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is shipped.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking link and courier details. You can also contact our support team on WhatsApp with your order ID and we will update you immediately.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID. We will investigate with our courier partner and update you within 24 hours. In rare cases of courier delays, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
If your order was returned to us because the courier was unable to deliver (wrong address, not available to receive, etc.), we will contact you to confirm details and reship at no extra cost. If you prefer, we can also issue a full refund.
Yes — free shipping is available on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value. Both prepaid and COD orders qualify for free shipping.

Replacement Policy

You can request a replacement if your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective. Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us a photo or video of the issue on WhatsApp along with your order ID.
Replacement issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, we may not be able to process a replacement. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
Please send us a clear photo or short video showing the damage or defect, along with your order ID. This helps us process your replacement quickly. Send it via WhatsApp to our support number.
Once we verify your replacement request, we will dispatch a fresh product within 1–2 business days. Delivery of the replacement follows the standard timeline of 3–7 business days.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return. We will arrange a courier pickup from your address at no extra cost. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. If the product was defective on arrival, please refer to our Replacement Policy above.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify your return. For prepaid orders, the amount is credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, we transfer the refund via UPI or bank transfer.
Yes — you will receive a full refund of the product amount. Shipping charges (if any) are not refunded unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
For COD orders, we will refund the amount directly via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM) or bank transfer. Please share your UPI ID or bank details with our support team when initiating the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, before they are dispatched. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp immediately with your order ID. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel the shipment. However, you can refuse the delivery when the courier arrives. Once the product is returned to us, we will process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
There is no charge for cancelling a COD order before dispatch. However, if the order has already been shipped and you refuse delivery, a return shipping fee may apply. We will inform you of this before processing.

General Order Support

Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order ID and the correct address. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address at no cost. Once dispatched, we may not be able to redirect the shipment.
We apologise for the mix-up. Please send us a photo of the product you received along with your order ID on WhatsApp. We will arrange a pickup and send the correct product at no extra cost within 1–2 business days.
Please check with your neighbours or building security first. If still not found, contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID within 24 hours of the delivery status update. We will raise a complaint with our courier partner and resolve it within 2–3 business days.
Order modifications (quantity, variant) can be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Once the order is packed or dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Product Questions

Stainova works on fabric, clothes, sofas, carpets, tiles, shoes, leather bags, car interiors, and more. It is safe for most surfaces. We recommend testing on a small hidden area first for very delicate or light-coloured materials.
Yes. Stainova is made with non-toxic, eco-friendly ingredients and is safe around children and pets once dry. Avoid direct contact with eyes or mouth during application.
One 250ml bottle gives approximately 40–50 uses depending on stain size. A small amount goes a long way — you only need a few sprays per stain.
Yes, Stainova is colour-safe and will not fade or bleach your clothes. For very delicate or expensive fabrics, we recommend testing on a hidden area first before applying to the stain.
