1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or placing an order on stainova.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please reach out to us before ordering — we are always happy to answer questions. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
• Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual product may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

• We accept both Prepaid (online payment) and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.
• An order confirmation will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email after successful placement.
• Stainova reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded in full if this happens.
• For COD orders — pay only in person at the time of delivery. Never transfer money digitally to any courier agent. If anyone asks you to do this, please contact us immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Prepaid orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days. COD orders may take 4–9 working days depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may be extended during festivals and public holidays.
• In some remote areas, home delivery may not be available — you may be asked to collect from the nearest courier branch.
• If anyone contacts you asking you to change your delivery service after placing a prepaid order, do not agree — contact Stainova support immediately.

5. How Stainova Works

Stainova is formulated to effectively clean a wide range of washable surfaces when used according to the instructions provided. We have put a lot of care into making a product that genuinely works — and we stand behind it.

That said, cleaning results can vary depending on the type of surface, the nature of the stain, how long the stain has been present, and whether the surface has been previously treated with other chemicals. We want to be upfront about this so there are no surprises.

6. Stains That May Be Difficult to Remove

Stainova performs well on the vast majority of everyday stains. However, some stains are difficult or impossible for any cleaning product to fully remove, including:

• Permanent stains or marks
• Long-standing or deeply embedded stains
• Hard water or mineral deposits
• Rust stains
• Surface etching or discoloration
• Paint, dye, ink, or chemical damage
• Heat burns or permanent marks
• Stains that have permanently altered the material itself

7. Surface Condition

Stainova is a cleaning product. It can lift stains and dirt from surfaces, but it cannot restore surfaces that are physically damaged, scratched, chipped, cracked, faded, worn, or permanently altered by chemicals or heat. If a surface has pre-existing damage, Stainova will clean it but cannot repair it.

8. How to Get the Best Results

For the best outcome, please follow the usage instructions provided with your order or on our website. Results may be affected if the product is used incorrectly, mixed with other chemicals, diluted beyond recommendations, or used on surfaces it is not designed for.

9. Patch Test Recommendation

Before using Stainova on a new, delicate, or unfamiliar surface, we recommend testing it on a small, hidden area first. This takes only a few seconds and helps ensure the product is suitable for your specific surface. The user is responsible for confirming the product is appropriate for their intended use.

10. Skin Safety

Stainova is designed to be safe for normal everyday handling and can be used with bare hands under standard conditions.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, eczema, open cuts, or any skin condition, we recommend doing a small patch test on your skin before extended use, or wearing suitable protective gloves as a precaution. Your safety matters to us.

11. Returns, Refunds & Our Guarantee

We stand behind every bottle of Stainova. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

• Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items received, within 7 days of delivery.
• Products that have been fully used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

If Stainova does not perform as described when used correctly on an appropriate surface, you may be eligible for a full refund. To qualify:

• The product must have been used according to the provided instructions.
• The surface must be suitable and washable.
• The issue must not involve permanent staining, physical surface damage, hard water deposits, rust, or other exclusions listed in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Proof of purchase and reasonable evidence such as a photo or short video may be requested.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 24–72 working hours via UPI or bank transfer.

12. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order ID.
• If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 24–72 working hours.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on stainova.in — including the Stainova name, logo, product images, descriptions, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Stainova. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Stainova is a cleaning product intended for use on appropriate surfaces according to the provided instructions. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse of our products, improper application, use on unsuitable surfaces, failure to follow usage instructions, or use contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We collect basic information such as your name, phone number, address, and order details solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
