- Courier partner is selected based on serviceability and availability in your area — we choose the best option for your location.
Holidays & Delays
During festivals and public holidays, courier services may be closed or operating at reduced capacity. Delivery times may be longer than usual during these periods. We appreciate your patience.
Service Change Requests
⚠️ If your order is prepaid and a courier agent or anyone asks you to change the delivery service or payment method — please do not agree. Contact Stainova official support immediately on WhatsApp or email before taking any action.
Home Delivery Availability
In some pin codes or remote areas, home delivery may not be available. In such cases, you will be asked to collect your order from the nearest courier branch. The courier company will notify you with collection details.
COD Safety Notice
🚨 Important: For COD orders, never hand over cash to the delivery person unless you are meeting them face to face and have physically verified the package. Do not transfer money digitally to any courier agent. Stainova will never ask for payment through any other channel.
